Keep a Diary of Your Movements

People are being encouraged to keep a diary or a log of their movements in order to help fight coronavirus. Of course, people should be restricting their movements to only essential activities, and follow government advice.

Starting now, and thinking back as far as you can remember, write down the places you visited along with the date and time, and the things you did.

In the event that you test positive for the virus, this information can be of great help to the HSE when trying to trace the people you may have come in contact with. Workers in the health service are already under pressure, and being able to provide this information could help make their job a whole lot easier.
