Wexford Youths bid to win FAI Cup on Sunday

Wexford Youths take on Peamount United in Sunday’s So Hotels FAI Cup final, kick-off at 12.05pm, in the Aviva Stadium, with the game Shown live on RTE 2.

The Youths accounted for arch-rivals, Peamount, 1-0, in last year’s final. Katrina Parrock’s first-half winner for Wexford sealed a domestic treble in 2018, while this time around it is Peamount who will travel to the Aviva as league champions having wrapped up the title last weekend, with Wexford hoping to spoil the party.

Goals from Aine O’Gorman and Megan Smyth-Lynch against Shelbourne in the semi-final set up a repeat of last year’s decider.
