Lights out on Wexford’s Oscar Traynor team

A practice match for Wexford’s Oscar Traynor side against Courtown Hibs, at Ferrycarrig Park, on Wednesday night was cancelled due to a floodlight failure. Both sides were on site but had to return home without a game.

Hopefully, next week’s game against Gorey Rangers at the Gorey Celtic pitch will get the green light, as the team prepares for their first match on Saturday, November 2nd, against the Leinster Senior League, in Bluebell Utd Grounds.

The WexfordToday cameras were en route to the venue but got a late phone call informing of the unforeseen circumstances, hopefully, we can cover next week’s game.
