An incredible performance from Rianna Jarrett; two assists and a first International goal, gave the Wexford Youths player, the “Player Of The Match” award in Ireland’s 3-2 win against Ukraine tonight in the Euro 2021 qualifiers.

Vera Pauw’s, first game in charge of Ireland, saw the home side race into a 2-0 lead, through Katie McCabe and Rianna Jarrett, the visitors however leveled the game before the break.

Ireland re-took the lead in the 52nd minute; Connolly sent Jarrett down the left flank with a long throw, the former North End player’s cross could not be controlled by the keeper, and O’Sullivan’s shot found its way to the back of the net.
