Jason qualifies his eighth horse for Dublin

Jason Higgins qualified his eighth horse for this year’s Dublin Horse Show; at Warrington last night, he won the fillies section of the Three Year Old Loose Performance, with the Mary Bolger owned and bred, bay filly, by Dignified Van’t Zorgvliet (BEWD), out of Kilcannon Quality Cruise (ISH), by O.B.O.S. The dam, Kilcannon Quality Cruise (ISH), is no stranger to the Ballsbridge venue, she was the runner-up in the 2014 Young Event Horse Class in the Main Arena when ridden by Jason.

Kilcannon Quality Cruise (ISH) was bred by Michael Doyle, Oylegate, by O.B.O.S. Quality 004 (OLD), out of Slaney Cruise Clover.

On the night 55 horses jumped for the four RDS places on offer, the other four qualifiers take place this week, Ennis tonight, Tubberbride, Sligo on Wednesday, Ross House, Cavan on Thursday and the final qualiier in Crossmaglen on Friday evening.
