Bestselling author Anne Griffin at Gorey Library

ANNE GRIFFIN Bestselling author is in Gorey Library on Thursday evening.

Irish author Anne Griffin’s debut novel When All Is Said, published in January 2019, is currently topping the bestseller lists.
Anne will talk about her journey to getting published, how she writes, and she will also read from her bestselling book in Gorey Library on Thursday, May 9th at 7 pm.
Anne Griffin is winner of the John McGahern Award for Literature. Shortlisted for the Hennessy New Irish Writing Award and the Sunday Business Post Short Story Competition, Anne’s work has featured in, amongst others, The Irish Times and the Stinging Fly. She has worked in Waterstones in both Dublin and London and for various charities. Born in Dublin, Anne now lives in Mullingar, with her husband and son.
When All Is Said is published in the US and Canada, Australia and New Zealand and will be translated into eight different languages.
