Dani told WexfordToday.com; “I got into competing when I was 17. Acting is my career but competing gives me a different rush. It is a completely different challenge as I’m not playing a character, but being myself on stage.”
The Miss Global pageant is open to women aged 18-35 years, unmarried and may have children, and the overall winner receives over $20,000 along with gifts, prizes, scholarships, and there are a dozen other prize categories.
Dani volunteers for the Irish Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK and will be raising money at the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon before flying to Florida for Miss Global United States.
“Miss Wexford opened up so many doors for me. I gained a lot of experience and went on to win Ms Worldwide in 2017-’18. Miss Global US is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and I am going to enjoy every single minute,” concluded Dani.
